My 5 Ingredient Power Bites Recipe

These protein packed balls are perfect to take on the go for a mid-day snack! I put two or three into a Stasher bag to have as a snack during my busy school days. They are so delicious and keep me going until my next meal! I have SUCH a sweet tooth so the chocolate chips and peanut butter really hit the spot for me. I am a chocolate girl for life. Sometimes I just eat a little handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips when I have a serious chocolate craving…which is like every day almost. Alright, now i’m getting hungry. Here is the super simple recipe!

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 2/3 cup all natural peanut butter (My favorites are Teddie’s and Wild Friends!)

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1/2 cup of flax and chia seed blend (you can find these separately too!)

  • (Netflix not included LOL)

  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir to combine with large spoon. Once combined, place in refrigerator for 10-15 mins.

  2. Once ingredients have gotten cold, roll into bites. Store in covered container in the fridge. Enjoy!
