One of my favorite self care rituals over the last few years has been face masking! There is nothing better than getting out of a nice hot shower and putting on a face mask while you sit around wrapped in your towel listening to a podcast. You can shop all my favorite face masks below and keep reading to find out why I recommend each one!

1. Origins Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask

My favorite go-to mask for acne-prone skin. I follow this as it is recommended on the package and my skin feels balanced after I remove it with a wet wash cloth. The dry spots feel hydrated and my breakouts feel soothed. If I am dealing with a few painful pimples around my face I will use this three days in a row, take a break, and then use it again. Origins has great products and this is another one! I have yet to try this as a spot treatment but the reviews online say that its extremely effective as a spot treatment.

2. GlamGlow Gravity Mud Firming Treatment

This is such a fun mask! I’m pictured below wearing this one just to show how fun it is! GlamGlow is known for their high quality products with great skin care benefits. This mask looks super awesome, it’s a silver liquid metal color and smells like marshmallows! You look like a super awesome alien / slightly like the tin man with this on. Plus, this is a peel off mask so there is no need to rinse! After peeling this awesome mask off I notice my skin is soft and supple. I don’t notice a huge difference in the firmness of my skin with this mask, but I’m only 22 so I don’t really have any wrinkles yet luckily. I think of this mask more as a fun one to do as a way to prevent aging of the skin.

3. Karuna Antioxidant Sheet Mask

This sheet mask and the one listed below are some of my favorite sheet masks on the market! I keep these around for when I travel and when my skin is in the need of some serious TLC. I found these on a whim one day while shopping around in Sephora. I was living in a dorm and felt my skin was super congested. This sheet mask feels so refreshing and when you remove it, you can simply just massage or jade roll the product into your skin. This one leaves the skin feeling soft and soothed. I am prone to redness and this helped calm my skin so much! It says it helps brighten and protect against free radical damage too. Super great addition to your skincare routine if you live in a city or you are outside often.

4. Karuna Hydrating Sheet Mask

This sheet mask is great for anyone with dry skin! I looooove this sheet mask. I have such dry skin on my cheeks, especially if I’ve been using harsh acne spot treatments. This mask contains Hyaluronic Acid so you really feel a difference in the texture and hydration levels of the skin. The Karuna masks are also made from biodegradable wood pulp cloth so they are sustainable and don’t pollute the earth!

5. Fresh Rose Mask

I am so obsessed with this mask!! I love how it feels on the skin. You can really feel the natural nourishment it is giving your skin. It feels like a drink of water for the skin. This mask smells like roses and there are real pieces of rose within it. It is a gel-like consistency and super easy to remove. It’s a great, natural mask that hydrates the skin and leaves it looking healthy and soft.

6. Fresh Umbrian Clay Mask

This mask is great for problem skin that is prone to breakouts. I love using this mask in my t-zone and then the rose mask everywhere else. Umbrian clay helps purify the skin and remove any dirt and oils trapped in your pores. I noticed it helps sooth and calm my breakouts and seriously improved the texture of my skin on my forehead.

7. Mario Badescu Super Collagen Mask

This is a super gentle mask that is great for dry skin. This mask is formulated to reduce the appearance of dry fine lines and gently lift impurities from pores. I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin and gives me that post-facial glow that I love. What is not to love about collagen!?

8. Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask

This mask is such a pretty purple color, so again, another super fun mask to use. It is also packed with great skin-loving ingredients. It’s super creamy so it helps revitalize dry, dull skin. It also contains vitamin C to help with acne scars and any dark marks on your skin. I sampled this product so I did not notice an immediate change in my scarring after just one use, but I certainly loved how my skin felt after using this product…which is why I am recommending this!

9. Sephora Collection Green Tea Eye Mask

Sephora has some great masks in their own collection! I love to pick up their eye masks because they are high quality and do what they say. I love using eye masks when life has me feeling SPENT. These are really great because green tea energizes the skin and wakes it up, which helps with puffiness and dark circles. I love putting these in the fridge so they feel cool on my skin and helps get my puffiness down. These are also hydrating for the under eyes which helps prevent under eye wrinkles.

I hope this list helped you find the right mask for your skincare needs! Happy masking everyone!
